Hearth Notes - 4

I’ve been quiet over here and more active over on substack where I have my advice column Hemmin’ and Hawin’ . In the mean time I thought it would be lovely to share some of the things holding me down this Autumn via this little series I call Hearth notes.

I’ve been selling some items online. Pirate ship is a cheap and easy way to buy shipping labels and print them. So much of a life saver for someone like me who was intimidated by selling things online since it was so time consuming.

Tooting my own horn here, but this Green Goodness Salve I’ve made for us with comfrey from my garden has been holding us down while the last of the summer bug bites and booboos were rearing their heads.

This artist Mon Rovia and his Afro Appalchian music has been making my mornings sweeter.

We recently adapted concepts from my friend Meagan Rose Wilson’s course Creating a Digital Family Calendar” and it has been game-changing for us in keeping us better organized internally.

I’ve been wrapping the baby-up in my old woven wrap again and its nostalgic, sweet, and just what we need right now.

None of these things are sponsored. I just love sharing and reading these types of shares. What is holding you down these days?

Peace,

Farai
